JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and seven live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner but admittedly, the aforesaid recovery has not been made in presence of the petitioner and the seizure list does not bear the signature of even family members of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26.08.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56921 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai in connection with Naya Gaon P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015.
