JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-01-2021 Heard Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon P. S. Case No. 202 of 2020 dated 08.06.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It appears that 155.52 litres of liquor was recovered from a room in the house of the petitioner, which room had been given on rent to one Manoj Sah. The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2020. He is also stated to be a person of clean

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge (Excise), Act, Buxar, in connection with Dumraon P. S. Case No. 202 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
