2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.456 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No.2108 of 2022 dated 04.09.2022, lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the present petitioner and other 7 other accused persons is to assault the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Whatever be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37333 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 allegation, these are general and omnibus only. He further submits that petitioner is the member of mob. He also submits that antecedent of petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 19.03.2023.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.456 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No.2108 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
