Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 523 (C) of 2021 registered for the offence under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As matter of fact, the petitioner has filed an undertaking in the court below that that he will take his wife with him and will keep her with full honour and dignity and will see that nothing untoward happens between them, as is evident from the petitioner contained in Annexure-2.
