Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State, Sri Uday Chand Prasad. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court, on which the learned APP submits that the case is of the year 2018 and the co-accused, who have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, had approached this Court in time, it is also submitted by learned APP that Court should not exercise its discretion in favour of a person who does not approach the Court in time. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail on the ground that similarly situated co-accused have been
