Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.9.2015 on the accusation that one country made pistol and 14 live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Barun P.S. Case no. 135/2015.
