2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of order dated 08.03.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34279 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14362 of 2019 by granting six weeks' further time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with East Champaran Mufassil P.S. Case No. 414 of 2018 as the petitioners could not surrender before the learned trial Court for furnishing bail bonds owing to hospitalization of the father of the petitioner no. 7.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below in para 4 of the order dated 08.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 14362 of 2019 shall stand extended by a period of four weeks from today.

4. The modification petition stands allowed.
