The petitioner has filed a Matrimonial Case No. 302 of 2010 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking a decree of divorce against the respondent. During the pendency of the proceeding, a petition was filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction to get his son admitted in the primary school at Bangalore. By the impugned order, the learned court below has allowed the prayer on behalf of the petitioner and disposed of the petition with the consent of both the parties with certain conditions and directions in the impugned order. The present application has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the conditions and directions as

From the perusal of the impugned order, it does not appear that the conditions and directions as mentioned in the said order are unreasonable or excessive in any manner.
