The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 413, 414 and 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 136 of the Indian Electricity Act. It is alleged that a truck was apprehended loaded with electric wire of Electricity Department and on apprehension, the driver of the said truck produced paper which was alleged to be forged.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are driver and owner-cum-co-driver and articles loaded with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54367 of 2015 (3) dt.12-02-2016 direction of the contractors. It is further submitted that petitioners are in jail custody since 12.09.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015.
