JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and admittedly, the present case was lodged by local chawkidar on the basis of information gathered by him. It appears that none of the persons of parental family of the deceased came forward to support the prosecution case and moreover, the dead body of the deceased could not be recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Khagaria in connection with
