28.01.2015 Supplementary-Affidavit has been filed stating therein that a sum of Rs. 50,000/- as directed by this Court has been deposited in the Court below in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 by way of Demand Draft. In view of such, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 25.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

The amount shall be disbursed to the Informant after due verification and an inquiry shall be made from him as to whether he wishes to proceed with the prosecution and if he gives undertaking not to proceed with the same the proceeding shall stand dropped as against him.

With the aforesaid observations, the Application is disposed off.
