It has been fairly submitted by both the parties that the order of the Writ Court stands complied inasmuch as the petitioner was granted promotion.

However, subsequently due to some policy decision of the State Government, the order of promotion stands withdrawn which has been now challenged in CWJC No. 5319 of 2022 and the same is pending.
