2. The learned counsel for the Union of India has furnished a letter dated 16.02.2024 issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India issued to the petitioner by which documents have been asked for from the petitioner to consider the claim of the petitioner.

3. Copy of the letter dated 16.02.2024 is taken on

Patna High Court CWJC No.383 of 2021(9) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 record.

4. In these circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish the documents expeditiously to the respondents.

5. If all the documents are produced then the case of the petitioner for grant of freedom fighter pension shall be considered and disposed of within three months by the Union of India from the date of submission of all the documents.

6. This application stands disposed of.
