2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- I. For that issue an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions in the nature of Mandamus, Commanding to the Respondents to grant due Sixth Pay Revised Salary of Three Installment dues benefits in favour of the petitioner.

II. For that issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding to the Respondents and direct to the specially Respondent No. 02 to grant an Assured Career Progression benefit and its consequential benefits in favour of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8973 of 2025(2) dt.04-05-2026 2/3 III. For that direct to the Respondents to fixed the Pension after due three Installments of Sixth Pay Fixation benefits and due Assured Career Progression etc. and other dues in favour of the petitioner.

IV. For that direct to the Respondent No.2 to compliance its own letter on Application of Petitioner send to Respondent No.04 bearing Letter No.021196 dated 27.08.2020 contained as Annexure-P/1 & P/2 to this petition, which is still pending.

V. For issuance of any other Relief or Reliefs for which petitioner may deemed entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation (Annexure-P/1 & P/2) for grant of his relief, but no decision has been taken till date.

4. In order to substantiate his case, counsel for the petitioner relied on judgment/order passed by this Hon'ble Court in case of Ram Mohan Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. passed in CWJC No.2665 of 2019 dated 05.11.2020 and submits that his writ petition may also be disposed of in the light of direction made by this Hon'ble Court in the said writ petition.

5. Upon perusal of the said order passed in case of Ram Mohan Singh (supra), it is pertinent to quote the operation part of the said order, which is stated below:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.8973 of 2025(2) dt.04-05-2026 3/3 "Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction that let the petitioner's claim, as raised in paragraph 12 of the reply to the counter affidavit, be considered by respondent no. 2 and a decision be taken in this regard within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation enclosing a copy of the present order, before respondent no. 2, for the said purpose.

This application stands disposed of accordingly."

6. In the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation raising all his grievances before the District Magistrate, Buxar (respondent No.2) within 30 days along with this order and the respondent No.2, upon considering the case of the petitioner on merit, shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days after receiving the same.
