The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") and later on Section 412 of the IPC was also added.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the looted property was recovered on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner and he had confessed his crime, I am not inclined to grant him bail.
