2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf the Bihar State Housing Board submits that he will advise the Managing

Patna High Court CWJC No.11898 of 2019 dt.04-09-2023 2/2 Director, Bihar State Housing Board to inform the Managing Director, Jharkhand State Housing Board with respect to payment of gratuity to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board with respect to the payment of gratuity to the petitioner as claimed for in the present writ petition.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission and information, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board must ensure to take steps for payment of entire amount of gratuity in accordance with law either at his own level or at the level of the Managing Director, Jharkhand State Housing Board within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order.

5. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
