The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 478 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner himself was cheated by an agent. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
