2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 23.10.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class-cum- A.M, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 1129C of 2021 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 379 and 34 of the Indian
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39699 of 2023(2) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners wants this Court to examine the defence of the petitioners at the stage of cognizance.
