Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Near about 730 litres country made liquor were recovered from Khalihan and allegedly, petitioner was caught by the police officials from the place of occurrence when he was trying to flee from there. Para-3 of the petition goes to show that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Case No. 114 of 2019.
