Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the writ petition to the learned counsel appearing for the Chancellor within one week.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the order of transfer, the petitioner had filed a

Patna High Court CWJC No.1233 of 2021(7) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 representation before the Hon'ble Chancellor on 24.09.2020 (Annexure-20 series to the writ petition) but till date no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, I deem it appropriate to direct the Office of the Chancellor to dispose of the representation of the petitioner filed on 24.09.2020 by passing a reasoned and a speaking order and after hearing the petitioner or his counsel, within a period of one month from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
