JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The short grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite appeal having been filed by the petitioner before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna on 12.10.2018, against the punishment order of dismissal from service dated 10.09.2018, the appeal is still to be adjudicated upon and disposed off.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division to dispose off the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12205 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not already been disposed off.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
