The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 333, 332, 337, 338, 353, 188, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that on 13.12.2021 at 6.10 PM, when he along with his team went on raid for cases, as detailed in the FIR and after reaching the place of occurrence was taking statements

No.38283 of 2022(2) dt.05-12-2022 2/3 of the witnesses when 40-50 miscreants from opposite party came and started quarreling among themselves on which the informant tried to pacify them when they started pelting stones which caused hurt to the informant and his team, it is also alleged that chowkidar identified the accused persons, including the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and even injury is simple.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 617 of 2021 subject to the
