JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner, pretending to be an agent of a financial company, received draft of Rs. 90, 000/- and misappropriated the same.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case was registered in the year 2001 and processes have been issued but the matter between the parties has been settled and a petition to that effect has been filed before learned court below. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6755 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Supaul P.S. case No. 307 of 2001 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Supaul. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
