2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/379/427/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant on his head with farsa causing grievous injury.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner caused grievous injury to the informant, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
