2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 447, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, armed with lathi, danda and iron rod, assaulted informant as well as her husband and son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injuries caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Case and counter case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 19.12.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 50775 of 2022. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S.
