There is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner and the victim has supported the aforesaid allegation in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Although learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to convince me that victim being major girl was a consenting party but I am not at all convinced with the aforesaid submission, therefore, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Madhepur P.S.case No. 79 of 2015, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
