2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323/324/307and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife blow to the son of the informant. Doctor has found simple injuries. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
