2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 120B, 201, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(C) and (D) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered in connection with Special Case No. 1A of 2013 arising out of R.C. Case No. 9A of 2013.
3. It is submitted that the thrust of accusation is against one Pawan Kumar Rajak and Aftab Alam. The petitioner has been falsely implicated only because he happens to be the brother of said Aftab Alam with whom the petitioner had joint account of the Bank.
4. Learned Standing Counsel for the CBI submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7362 of 2016 (3) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 after investigation supplementary charge sheet has been filed on 27.02.2014 against the petitioner among other co-accused finding their involvement in the case.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
