2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Satish Kumar @ Nitish, who was apprehended on spot with stolen motorcycle. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41742 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 202 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
