JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 729 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given dagger blow on the abdomen of the deceased. However, the first information report goes to show that prior to the petitioner F.I.R named accused Jitendra Ray gave Gupti blow on the chest of the deceased and after blow of the petitioner F.I.R named accused Dilip Ray gave dagger blow to the deceased. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that co-accused Jitendra Ray as well as

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st class Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 729 of 2018.
