The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.05.2015 in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case no.116/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner, namely Md. Mumtaz @ Bablu be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten
