2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the admissible dues payable to the petitioner have been paid, however, the concerned respondents have not been paid the due interest on account of delay in making payment of the retiral benefits on different

3. Considering the fact that main grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition under consideration, however, petitioner is still aggrieved that interest has not been paid on account of delay in making payment on different heads. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority.

4. The concerned authority is directed to pass a reasoned order by calculating interest on different heads of retiral benefits which has been given to the petitioner and make payment at the statutory rate within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
