2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 122/2023 dated 12.02.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/ 30(c) pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-II (Cum Special Excise Court), Nawada.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
