22-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 215 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., one country-made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47403 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
