1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 13.10.2023 passed by the Respondent no.5 whereby and where under he directed the Lok Pradhikar (Respondent no.6) to transfer the Aanganwari Centre No.209 at the place of equal distance of Dhab Tola and Kuraishi Tola.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8711 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 (II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 21.12.2023 passed by the Respondent no.7 contained in her letter no.784 dated 21.12.2023, whereby and where under he directed the petitioner to transfer/ shift the Aanganwari Centre No.209 in the house of Naresh Ram son of Yogendra Ram, Ram Tola, Ward No.05 within three days on the ground that in Ward No.5, the Centre No.151 is already running since before.

(III) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to direct the petitioner to run the centre in question i.e. Aanganwari Centre No.209 in Kuraishi Tola, where it is running since before and not the transferred place."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
