The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.116 of 2026 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner and his sons are said to have assaulted the informant and his brother with farsa and stick. 4.

There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. The assailants of the informant and his brother are one Sushil Kumar and Santan Kumar, who are the sons of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have instigated his sons. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37100 of 2026(2) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.116 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
