Prayer for bail of this appellant was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 24.06.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2548 of 2021.

The trial court report reveals that earlier the case was at evidence stage but due to absence of accused Rajdeo Rai evidence was not taken and his bail bond was cancelled and now the case is at appearance stage.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, since the appellant is in custody since 12.04.2020, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as
