JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and so far as seized motorcycle is concerned, it has specifically been pleaded at Para-8 of the petition that the aforesaid motorcycle belongs to the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 21.08.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No. 292 of 2015.
