JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.08.2015. Initially, a case was registered under sections 147,341,354B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code but after investigation, police submitted charge sheet under section 147, 354B, 506 and 376 read with section 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, the accusation against the petitioner is that he made attempt to commit rape on the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case was lodged by the informant at the behest of her father on account of dispute of wages.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54710 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.Case No. 224 of 2015.
