The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57001 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Special Case No. 20 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Patna.

The order dated 17.12.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6515 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
