JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 4.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6059 of 2015 and, accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.556 of 2014/Trial No.761 of 2014 arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No.171 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Danapur, Patna is again rejected.
