The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 447, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

No.6498 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/3 The prosecution case is that the accused persons came to the door of the informant and asked the informant to remove the straw which was kept near the hutment of the petitioners. When the informant told that she will remove the straw within one or two days, in the meantime, the petitioners abused the by and assaulted the husband of the informant with iron rod. In the meantime, the daughter of the informant came to rescue as a result the hand of the daughter of the informant got fractured.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury of the daughter of the informant has been found simple superficial in nature. The injuries of other persons of the informant have been found simple. There is a counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side have also received injury.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
