This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Penal Code.

The only material against the petitioner is suspicion as the dead body of the informant written statement found, except that there is nothing specific evidence.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Das, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
