Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60340 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner is of firing causing injury in the abdomen of the injured. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no injury report had been submitted at the time of submission of the charge-sheet and up till now charge has not been framed. .

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage, however, once the charge has been framed in this case the petitioner will be at liberty move

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39977 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 before the learned trial court for grant of bail, who will consider the same on the basis of the materials and will pass appropriate order.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
