For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Surendra Kishore Thakur Mr. Pramod Kumar Verma For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Suresh Pd.Singh(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.
14-12-2015 Heard Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Pramod Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Suresh Pd. Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is husband of the deceased and in custody in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a trivial issue, the daughter of the informant herself put on fire and the petitioner has falsely been implicated.
I have perused the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. itself, there is specific accusation. I do not find any ground to extend the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52936 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 privilege of bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
