The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014 registered under Sections 341 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC). However, after thirteen days of the occurrence when the victim died, at the request of the investigating officer of the case Section 302 of the IPC was also added to the FIR.

Regard being had to the statements of the witnesses recorded in paragraphs no. 7, 9, 10, 28, 29, 30 and 35 of the case diary, the above named petitioners, who are in custody since 15.9.2015 are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52938 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S.
