Pursuant to the direction of the High Court, the respondent-authorities have examined the claim of the petitioner with regard to his appointment on the post of Health Manager. Since the petitioner did not have any experience of working in the health sector, he was not considered suitable for engagement on contract in terms of the advertisement, which relates to the year 2007.
