The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ashthawan P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner was identified as one of the miscreants involved in the highway robbery and during investigation a looted mobile was recovered from his possession, I am not inclined to grant him bail even though the looted mobile has not been put on T.I. Parade.
