2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 13.4.2024 by the informant, Ravi Kant Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he has a shop in the village and on the fateful day, he was sitting there when Rupesh Sharma, the petitioner herein alongwith his father came and due to land dispute, started abusing. When this was objected, at the behest of his father, the petitioner gave iron rod blow on his head causing severe injury. Further allegation of snatching of amount is there. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39588 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 impress upon this Court that despite three injuries on the person of the informant, the same cannot be said to be serious, learned APP shows the opinion of the Doctor which shows that the injuries is/are severe in nature.

5. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail. The anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
