The petitioners seek bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 337 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, co-accused Deepak Kumar kidnapped Geeta Kumari aged 14 years the daughter of the informant and during investigation, the name of the petitioners also transpire that they are engaged in flash trade and human trafficking. The

Submission is of false implication and that the victim girl has not stated the name of the petitioners in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and has only named Deepak Kumar, without any legal and tangible material the petitioners are suffering in custody since 11.03.2015, charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the prosecution evidence to which the learned APP opposes. In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering detention of the petitioners, above named, now they are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Special Judge, POSCO, Muzaffarpur in connection with Trial No. 31/15 arising out of Paroo P.S.
